1. Engraving machine removes front and rear end caps, front and rear nuts.
2. Push out the spindle and rear bearing housing, linear bearing and other accessories from the front end of the shaft.
3. Research the bearing washers before and after.
1. The front and rear bearings of the electric spindle are connected in series with DT.
2. According to the direction of the axial force of the bearing, support the inner sleeve and press the sleeve downwards with your hand. (The size of the force is almost the same as the preload of the spring to the bearing). Adjust the gap of the washer. There are two ways. First, replace the upper and lower positions of the bearing and the bearing, and secondly, the height of the grinding washer. The grinding washer is grounded by 8 characters, and the position of the washer is rotated to ensure that the parallel difference of the washer is within 2 um. The inner and outer washers are adjusted by adjusting the gap of the washer. Even if the force is even, the preload of the two sets of bearings is even.
3. If the matched bearing is used, the difference between the inner and outer washers is less than 2um, the parallel difference of the washer is within 2um, and the bearing is matched by the V-shaped mark on the outer diameter.
4. The pre-tightening spring will cause fatigue and reduce the elastic force for a long time; the preload of the bearing is reduced, which affects the accuracy and life of the electric spindle. At this time, the new spring of the same specification should be replaced.
5. If the gasket is not suitable for the research, if the load of one set of bearings is small and the load of the other set is too large, the bearing will be unevenly loaded and will generate heat, which will seriously affect the service life. When the inner and outer washers are under the same force, then two sets The bearing is subjected to a uniform preload load.
4. Clean the bearing, the casing slope down (or the inner sleeve slope upwards) to rotate and clean (in clean gasoline), the bearing should be cleaned more than twice, pay attention to cleaning the bearing, the bearing up and down position can not be misplaced.
5. Before loading the bearing, the bearing and the inner hole of the shaft shell and the main shaft are first lubricated with oil (special lubricating oil for electric spindle). One is convenient for installation, and the other is to ensure the lubrication of the initial bearing of the electric spindle.
6. Clean other parts on the shaft. The bearings should be dried naturally after cleaning. Do not blow dry with high pressure gas.
7. First install the rear end bearing, the nut is tightened, the spring is fixed on the bearing seat with butter, and the spring gland cannot be misplaced.
8. Assemble the front end bearing and fix the front end cover to pre-press the bearing outer casing. (The special bearing sleeve should be used for assembling the bearing. The sleeve is machined with nylon rod. The shape is as follows: D is smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing, d is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing).
9. Tighten the front nut, install the front and rear end caps, and pay attention to the position of the air intake hole when installing the rear end cover. The sealing ring of the air inlet hole, the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole should be intact and placed in the correct position.
10. After the front and rear bearings are installed, push the spindle forward from the rear end of the electric spindle, and the linear bearings are pushed into position at the same time.
11. After the motorized spindle is installed, check if the spindle is installed in place (use the wrench to push the spindle forward, the spindle will move forward, and the hand will bounce back immediately.
